If you are an e-commerce seller interested in creating an Ecominate account, simply start a free trial. In order to use Ecominate, you must have an active account on at least one of our supported marketplaces (Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.mx, Shopify, Walmart, or Etsy).

Yes, our trial comes with no strings attached. We do not require any credit card when you sign up. There is zero risk.

You can add as many sales channels to the same account as you’d like. In addition, Ecominate supports multiple seller accounts for the same sales channel. For instance, if you have multiple Amazon seller accounts, you can them both individually under the same Ecominate account.

Ecominate takes privacy and security extremely seriously. All of our development is done in-house. All connections to Ecominate are encrypted end-to-end using a Google Cloud generated secure sockets layer (SSL) certificate. This ensures that your connection to Ecominate is always secure. Onboarding typically takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the number of orders and products on your account. Onboarding takes long because the APIs Ecominate uses to fetch data limit how often we can request data for your account.

Ecominate currently supports all North American (US, CA, MX) Amazon marketplaces as well as Etsy, Shopify, and Walmart. We will be adding support for additional marketplaces in the near future.
